Roma Goat
The leather absorbs water easily and can be tooled with gold leaf and albumen. The grain is shrunk , producing a pebbly surface.
The skins average 6-8 ft and are very clean, substance 0.7-0.9 mm.
This leather should be of particular interest to edition binders as small quantities can be produced of custom colors within 3 weeks. Because of the large skins, there is a greater cutting efficiency than smaller skins.
